Urban War Walkthrough

One of the best maps of this game! It is a wide choice amont the Competitive Community because of it's Simple and Sexy Design. This is one of the most widely used map for Scrims and Clan Wars, and we will list down some great strategies to play here :

*I'll be giving Competitive Tips under the Title CT for specific areas.

My Special Thanks to Darkfreak, Skalmar and Chill for helping out through this Walkthrough by Suggesting, Posing and Explorin' ^^

Team 1 can be really bad if you don't use it properly or just your Road to Victory if you do!

In most Scrims, using the Back is not allowed, so first we would cover up some strategic spots on the front, and then move on to back as well. Some Quick Tips :

1. Don't camp ont the Same place, because your enemy would know where to aim for.

2. Dodge Nades [Sadly, I am weak at this xD ]

3. Either Attack or Cover your Team.

Spawn

Zoom View of your Opponent. But the difference is, he'll be dancing ^ You need to move your scope quick to get him before he does.

When you enter the game, you don't know if your team is already spawn trapped, so you need to be in this area for a while and look around. You have 3 options now :

  1. Back Alley : Just sneak up to the back and knock opponents.

  2. Face the Front : Move forward while knocking down any possible threats.

  3. Camp Yeah : Stay here and wait for somebody to arrive so you can kill. Usually this is Lame but might come into use while getting banged xD

CT : First look around the Ammo, and throw a grenade if you find an opponent there. Predict his movement. If you feel he's about to go the right, throw the grenade there and shart shooting at the left. If he isn't too clear about your moves, he'll catch the bait. Slowly proceed ahead, and move on to the next spot.

The Van II

This is just a small checkpoint, don't make it your Home! When you're passing this area, throw a nade quick and either proceed or retreat behind this Van. If you're reloading or something, just go further back into it or you'll be shot. From here, you can take down opponents coming out of their base. You may even climb on top of it and get a few shots from there!

CT : If you have been damaged by a nade, this is one safe haven. Just stay here and Hardscope, even if you take down 2-3 from here, that's more than enough than running to the medic and getting sacrificed! Just be careful because some of your parts are prone. I don't recommend being here a lot, because that might not do your team a lot of good.

Crucial Point

This is a very prone area, where you can be naded/sniped easily unless you're careful. Be careful of those random nades that I usually eat xD And take down enemies coming out of base, behind the van or benches.

CT : This is a crucial area and being here for long can be dangerous as well. You either might eat nades or somebody might get his "Revenge" So after sniping out a few, move on to the Ammo Pillar.

Ammo Pillar

Both the positions shown here are very important from Team 1's point. Ammo Pillar gives you a view of the Base Exit, Benches, Van; everywhere T2 can go. You just need to snipe them off quick or take them by your Rifle! You can even use the Ammo to fill up your nade and blast the enemy. But don't be too slow in looking around, before an enemy pounces upon you!

CT : Both these points are fantastic to cover your team! You can handle almost every sector from here. The 2nd position in the Front is one of my Favorites as T1 because you can rifle up any enemy proceeding from his base, while giving cover to your Teammates behind the Van. Same is with the Ammo Pillar, where you need to be Qareful and Quick in attacking enemies.
