Slums...

Personally, it is one of my favourite maps of Rush Team, it's design and features simply steal my heart!!

According to me, Team 2 has a slight advantage here... But Team 1 can get many tactics to overcome... So, let us start with the walkthrough...

Team 1

Starting off with Team 1, we would cover everything that can be done by you if you choose Team 1.

You have a variety of options to take when you are in Team 1, but first you need to check for 2 things:

i. When Team 2 gets dominating, they may even reach upto your base, and may try to take over. At that point, your duty is to defend... Check the left side of your spawn, Team 2 players may be found there too.

ii. Just as you spawn, give the terrace in front of you a good look, Team 2 players love to lurk up there and snipe you just as you spawn... So, be careful

Right

The right alley

You fill find this area at the right of your spawn. You can take this way, as it is one of the most suitable ways to opt for Team 1.

The roof of the building in front of you must be checked for campers, so back off a little, and jump if you want to have a good look... Some players of Team 1 even climb the tree to the back of here (corner of your spawn) and wait for campers, but that's not necessary!! When this check has been made, proceed...

The Medic Alley, that's what we BuLLeTs call it!

So, moving to the topic; when you proceed from the "Right alley" you may see this place. Here, you have a variety of choices...

i. Go at the yellow tank, take down a few from there and proceed through the middle alley...

ii. Go the entrance of this alley and start sniping...

BEWARE: Only if you can efficiently dodge snipers and grenades.

iii. If the coast is clear, proceed towards the Team 2 base, do only if you really think you are ready for fiery combat!!

The Medic alley!
The Medic Station

When you move ahead, you find the Medic Alley, where  you might confront a few opponents..!!

If you feel the coast is clear, you can even climb up the medic and snipe down a few enemies in Team 2 Base, no one will expect a face to pop from the middle of the alley!!

This gives you a wider view of the opponents climbing the stairs at their base and other places in their Spawn.

You may also jump and climb the Central Buildings.

This technique can be used by team 2 as well, but is more advantageous for Team 1. This spot might come into use if you need to fill up health as well..!!

But don't stay there long, change this place after you get a few heads...

Team 2 base

Left

You have reached the Team 2 base!!

Follow these steps here:

i. Duck and go there, and first see if there is someone near the blue safehouse, if there are many, throw a nade or simply sneak away.!!

ii. You have another option - before reaching the Team 2 base, you may either sneak inside the Grey House and wait for a few guys... You know what to do now!! But yes, don't stay there long, or there are always guys wanting to hear REVENGE.

iii. If you had chosen (1) then you're in Team 2 base. You might see guys over the white building, sniping your mates. Shoot them... Don't take much time here, as you're in the Cannon's mouth!! Try to do one shot kills with those snipers, or they may get you (either do headshots or sniping) Then climb those stairs, and hide next to a platform which is there on this white building (I hope you understood what "platform" It is the same place behind which those snipers hide and sometimes climb on top of)

iv. Reload your gun here. Then see for those guys who're facing the opposite side!! Snipe 'em all...

v. People may try to get you, but you have to save your @$$!! Don't stay that long, or you may end up getting powned...

This was all for Right side... Now let's move to the left!!

Left alley

I call it the critical spot as here, either you may kill a lot, or simply get killed. It just depends upon your tactics.

i. If you see a lot of them, don't get scared or somethin' and start running away; that would be suicide as they would easily get you until you're lucky.

ii. If they're a lot of them and you have a nade handy, use it. If not, then use your rifle skills. If they're close, press 1 and start slashing them. Dodge a lot or you're gone.!! Just save your life and rush back to base after this... After you have less amount of health left and there's no chance of surviving at the medic, its wiser to take a spot 'n' snipe...

iii. If you see the condition here is calm, which is usually the scene. Use your sniping skills or headshots to knock them down. After that, take a back gear through the middle alley, to your base.

Even when you take left, you have 2 options, either to take the Left alley or the Middle alley... This section is about the left alley...

When you choose the Left Alley:

i. Throw a nade if you suspect there is someone near the red building.

ii. If the coast seems clear, then proceed... You are moving towards another dangerous point but would give you many preys to savour.

iii. Do NOT throw a nade here as it alerts the enemies, only throw if you see some Team 2 guys here...

iv. If you encounter some enemies here, then don't just stand and shoot... Hide behind the wall, then shoot - and continue this process... You may even throw a nade for multikills... When you have finished the lot here, return - DO NOT proceed, as those guys will come back here looking for you.

Critical Spot

Center

Middle alley

This is also a favourable way to go...

i. First, you may throw a nade towards the left alley to see if someone is there. You may also throw it straight through the middle alley. This 'way checking' and such things about grenades will be mentioned in detail in my upcoming walkthrough about grenades...

ii. Here, you may climb to the yellow tank, and then on the blue tank to knock down enemies from the left and middle alleys. But just give a quick look and jump down quick, before someone snipes you!

iii. Or you may simply proceed through the middle alley and take down your opponents there, if they have not seen you coming.

iv. Another good option is to climb to the rooftops and cover your buddies from there... You need to be careful though, your at the snipe-point from many positions there...

v. If you chose (4) then you are at the roof. You may simply proceed towards there base like a boss and die after getting a few (that's what would happen practically that way!!) or you may settle behind the grey pole...

vi. This grey block acts as excellent cover for both teams... If you get it, whole Team 2 base is under your eye... This is the best spot to take for an efficient sniper. If you see someone entering the Left Alley (from Team 1's angle), then jump off and surprise him by attacking him from above!! Or you may stick to your position and snipe down several of them... I am usually the one who's moving around the map all the time!!

Ideal positions

The snipin' spot!

Often an irritating spot for Team 2 guys, is a favourable place if you wan'na earn sitting at home!!

This place is at your spawn, and you can snipe those guys who appear at the sniping spot of the White Building of Team 2...

This is a famous "Sniping Spot" among players, but I personally don't like it. But that's just my view, there are a few who spend all of the time in front of this window!!

But just don't spend all your time in front of this, getting a few down can act as a bonus though!!

This is one of the most popular spot among Team 1 players. If you get this spot, and are able to dominate the Team 2 spot parallel to it efficiently, you got half the game...

Two or three snipers must be kept here for controlling the map...

From here you can

i. Control the Team 2 sniping spot parallel to it

ii. See the sniping spot of Team on the terrace of Grey House and White Building.

iii. Check out the roof...

Highly recommended position for any efficient sniper.

As seen in the picture beside, it gives the view of all of the Team 2 base.

The Center

Team 2

The crates and platform

One of my favourite positions as Team 1...

This place can be also called the refinement point, as no one would be able to step towards your base without you seeing him. This building can act as cover. From here you can:

i. Kill the snipers over the Grey House and White Building.

ii. Take the enemies going from Medic Alley.

iii. Kill those passing from the Middle Alley.

iv. Check those who come out from the Corridor (the Left Alley)

For surviving in this spot, you need to be extra-careful and expert at rifle and snipe both or you will get killed early. But if you stick to this position and also move a little to kill all enemies seen, you may kill 10-15 enemies at a stretch...

*The medic is just on the right and ammo on the left... And when will your melee come into use?!

Snipe Spot

This is a really good snipe spot for Team 2 players, as from here, you can keep watch on the sniping spot parallel to it - at opponent's base. But be careful though, staying there too long may end up landing in the respawn! Also keep careful eye on your right and fronts. After you knock down a few here, take the left -> jump up to the ledge -> move to the next sniper spot!

This is one of my favourite spots as Team 2!! If you are efficient in making to this spot and sticking there; you will rule the game.

From here, you can:

i. Keep an eye on the whole medic alley and kill all who appear there.

ii. The Snipe Spot(crates and platform) can be checked from here easily.

iii. The roof can be taken into possession.

iv. Be careful for the right side, as someone may appear from the middle alley or the Corridor and get you...

-This is a great spot for any efficient sniper...

* There is a spot behind it too, which is a part of the White Building, and connected with stairs - that can act as a good spot too but I don't recommend it as it is quite vulnerable from a very clever snipe spot by Team 1.

Grey House        Terrace

The Central Building

This is also a suitable and safe position; quite simiar to the Central Spot for Team 1.

Here you can take the building as cover and:

i. Rule the whole middle alley and medic alley.

ii. If you see enemies going through the corridor, jump to the wall and jump down yourself, sneak up behind them and kill them all!!

iii. Take down enemies on the Sniper Spot (crates and platform).

iv. Prevent the opposing team to take hold of the roof.

- This is also a great spot... But remember, don't stay in these spots for too long...

We Flows call this alley as the Corridor!!

This place often becomes the center of Hot Combat, because it provides a narrow and short passage straight into the opponent's base. But I don't recommend going from here until you're sure that the main game is revolving around some other place in the map. If many players are in this alley. I recommend jumping up behind them and getting them all straight off!! Your nade would often come into use here...

Middle Alley

The Corridor

Many Pro Players like to take this alley and ambush their enemies from here. You can give the terrace a good look on the way, and then you may see if there is somone on your right just as you enter their area. If there is no one to your right, then see the left. You might see a few of them standing at the "Entrance" of Medic alley, get 'em all!! If there is no one there either, that means the game has diverted to some speicfic location.

To know that, climb to the roof, be quick though and don't let them get you!!

When you're at the roof, all your enemies can see you - so be VERY careful. Shoot all of them who choose "right" (left for you) as the way. Don't hide or they'll headshoot you from their rifle. Jump a lot, move a lot and shoot.

You need to see all these spots:

i. Don't let anyone even reach middle and medic alley, kill them all who appear.

ii. Throw  your nade if you see someone at the yellow tank.

iii. The most dangerous people for you are those who stand at the entrance of the corridor and at the "Snipe Spot", don't let them get you.

iv. You may cross this "bridge" here and step onto the next building. This seems to be a very attacking position. Just don't let your head pop up from there. Never do spawn killing, or eventually you'll die.

v. If you are at the next building - take up all on the snipe spot, at the entrance of the Medic Alley, the Yellow Tank, Middle Alley, those near the tree in the corner of the spawn and especially those who are near the entrance of the Corridor. Yeah, sounds too much but it won't be that difficult if you manage to save your head!!

Roof

Grey Cube on the roof

This is also a good position as here, you have cover, you have many spots to look at and you can easily jump off and go somewhere else. You can:

i. Get those at the Snipe Spot

ii. Get all at the Medic Alley and it's entrance

iii. See if somewhere is at the Middle alley and ambush them by jumping from above!!

iv. Have a look behind you and see if someone is entering your base through the corridor, you may occasionally jump off from here and go to the corridor to check for enemies.

Flow terms!!

-The red building forming the corridor : The Den

-The building around the Den: The Corridor (I know it sounds stupid but lem'me clear it then : Corridor is the alley on the    right most for Team 2 and left Most for Team 1)

-The alley where the medic is: Medic Alley

-The alley where the ammo is: Middle Alley

-A green coloured building in Team 2 base: Green House

-The blue rooms: Team 1 safehouse and Team 2 safehouse respectively

-The Grey coloured room at the Medic Alley: Grey House

-The terrace of the building: Roofs

Any other cool suggestions would be heartily accepted. You may give reviews and suggestions below :
